By accessing 3DWorldDesigns or hiring our studio services in Ranchi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
3DWorldDesigns provides architectural design, interior styling, 3D walkthroughs, BIM modeling, and related consultation services. All deliverables, blueprints, and visual renderings are handed over based on agreed project milestones and payment stages.
All architectural concepts, 3D models, layout designs, and website content created by 3DWorldDesigns remain the intellectual property of the studio until full and final payment for the project has been cleared by the client.
Cost estimators provided on our website are strictly indicative and serve as ballpark figures. Final execution costs depend on actual site measurements, material specifications, and formal contractual agreements signed between the client and our studio.
Project revisions are accommodated within the scope defined in individual service contracts. Major structural or layout changes requested after final blueprint approvals may incur additional design fees.
Any disputes arising out of or related to services rendered by 3DWorldDesigns shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
